Tight and focused on the nose with layers of mineral, floral, and slightly herb framed green apple and almost apricot tinged fruits that are nicely framed with a gentle touch of oak. A touch soft in the mouth with slightly exotic mango and musk melon flavors early on the palate. This has a fine underlying mineral note, that really drives the finish, but comes off as just a little loose on the palate. The oak is well judged but adds a bit of heaviness to the flavors here. Shows some textural appeal but also some heat on the finish. 88pts
