Keyways Vineyard & Winery Petit Verdot Temecula Valley 2008

Member Review by EMark:

Another wine of unclear provenance from an estate disposition, I have to say, though, it's pretty good. Lovely dark color with absolutely no bricking. Red fruit on the nose, but with a hint of alcohol. VERY fruity on the tip of the tongue--red bing cherry, red table grapes. It is almost sweet, although, there is still some obvious acid that beats down the sweetness. No observable tannin. Not a great wine, but I am so surprised at how much I an liking this.
