Warre Port Blend Porto Late Bottled Vintage NV

Winemaker's Notes:

Aged in seasoned oak casks over a period of four years after which it was bottled unfined and unfiltered. The Port was then matured in bottle for 9 years at our lodges in Vila Nova de Gaia before being offered for sale. This prolonged bottle ageing is crucial to the development of the superb “nose” and flavour which lend this Port a style and complexity very similar to that of Vintage Port. TASTING NOTES: Dark red colour, with a lovely and mature bottle-aged nose of full rich fruit. On the palate distinctive, jammy and luscious, with a long and complex finish. SERVING read more... TIPS: - Should be decanted prior to serving. - Serve at room temperature 18ºc. - Superb with cheese, nuts or dried fruit after a meal. - This wine is drinking well now and and will continue to improve in bottle.
